Store Terms & Policies

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website (the “Site”) operated by Haley Danino (the “Provider”), which functions as an online store for the sale of books and additional learning materials.

Purchases made through the Site are subject to the terms and conditions detailed here. By purchasing any product through the Site, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Products may be purchased through the Site at any time, subject to availability. All product prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT.

The Provider reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time and to deny purchasing rights through the Site at its sole discretion.

Cancellations follow the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Cancellations may be initiated by email to safotcourse@gmail.com. A cancellation becomes effective only once you receive an email confirmation from the Provider acknowledging the cancellation request.

Upon approved cancellation, the product must be returned to the Provider at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, and within 30 days of the purchase date. The Provider will refund the purchase amount following an approved cancellation.

If cancellation occurs after the customer has received the product, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.

This cancellation policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the Site. The Provider does not process returns for products purchased through other channels.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during purchase, within 21 business days.

Alternatively, customers can choose free pickup from Ulpan Bayit when placing their order.

Product prices do not include shipping costs.

The Provider is not liable for any delay, interruption, or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

The Provider uses information submitted through the Site solely to process orders, deliver products, and provide requested information and services, in accordance with applicable law.

Personal information is not disclosed to third parties and is not used for marketing purposes without consent.

The Provider implements standard precautionary measures to maintain information confidentiality to the extent possible, and is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from information loss or unauthorized use in circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.

All intellectual property rights pertaining to this Site and its learning materials are the exclusive property of the Provider.

No copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, or other use of any Site content is permitted without prior written consent from the Provider.

These terms and conditions, and any action or dispute arising from them, shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law. The competent courts in the districts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matters.
